Buffalo, NY – For the first time since 1996, Erie County voters have a true choice in the election of District Attorney. In recent elections, District Attorney Frank Clark was able to lock up the endorsement of both the Democratic and Republican parties. But with Clark's decision to step down, two candidates are vying for the post as top law enforcement official for the county. Today and tomorrow WBFO will profile the candidates, Diane LaValle and Frank Sedita III. First, WBFO's Joyce Kryszak talks with LaVallee about her thoughts on the office.
