Buffalo, NY – He may be a small town banker. But Salvatore Marranca had the ear of the US Treasury Secretary the other day.
Marranca is president of Cattaraugus County Bank, based in Little Valley. He took part in a conference call with Henry Paulson that was organized by the industry group, the Independent Community Bankers of America.
