West Seneca, NY – Billionaire and Buffalo Sabres owner Tom Golisano is jumping on the campaign to downsize the West Seneca Town Board.

The Rochester businessman represents Responsible New York, which he founded. As WBFO'S Eileen Buckley reports, Golisano is on a mission to reform and downsize government in the State.
