Ticket Exchange for Studio Arena Patrons

By Eileen Buckley

Buffalo, NY – A ticket exchange has been established for Studio Arena Theater subscribers and paid ticket holders.

Studio Arena patrons can exchange their tickets for the recently canceled "The Vertical Hour". They would be able to attend any of the 17 other local theater productions. Artistic and executive director of MusicalFare Theatre Randall Kramer is president of the Alliance. Kramer says the tickets will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Earlier this week, Studio Arena announced that it has filed for bankruptcy protection. But the Theater promises that it will return as a smaller professional production company under a new collaboration with Shea's Performing Arts Center and Buffalo State. Studio's C-E-O and Artistic director Kathleen Gaffney is grateful for the Theater Alliance's assistance.

The ticket exchange will offer a variety of theater productions. For more information on theaters and productions, go on-line to www.alleyway.com/bta.
