Buffalo, NY – Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown delivered his annual State of the City Address before a sold out crowd the Adam's Mark Hotel Thursday.
An estimated 1,100 attended the address. Brown says he is confident the City of Buffalo is well on its way back.
