By Jim Santella and Anthony Chase, WBFO
Buffalo, NY – Jim and Tony pay tribute to Deborah Kerr, who died last week after a lengthy career on stage and screen. Locally, they discuss the supermarket tabloid influenced Bat Boy, a MusicalFare production opening at the Studio Arena theatre. In time for Halloween, we hear about the Road Less Traveled production of Eric Appleton's Homeland, now in production. Tony had already heard the staged reading of the Niagara University professor's script. Also, A. R. Gurney's latest effort Sylvia at Hilbert College's new Buffalo Laboratory Theatre is about a man and his dog.
