Buffalo, NY – Congressman Tom Reynolds is requesting a Government Accountability Office study on why a backlog has occurred in passport processing.
During a news conference Monday with US and Canadian officials at the Peace Bridge, Reynolds said the US Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State are in a turf war over the contentious issue of requiring passports to cross the US-Canadian border.
