Summit Plants Seeds for a Greener Buffalo

Buffalo, NY – The Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo and 15 local organizations will gather Saturday for a summit to keep Buffalo "Green and Growing" in the aftermath of the October storm.

The half-day summit at Buffalo State College will explore ideas from local and national experts on community renewal in the aftermath of the October storm.

One of the world's leading revitalization experts, Storm Cunningham, is keynote speaker for the event. WBFO's Joyce Kryszak talked with Cunningham about how Buffalo can grow greener both environmentally and economically.
