Buffalo Comptroller Gives Favorable Response to Mayor's Budget

Buffalo, NY – Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown unveiled his proposed budget Tuesday. It is a $418 million spending plan that calls for a property tax reduction and sets aside money to lift the wage freeze and hire more police officers.
