Buffalo, NY – The executive director of the Berger Commission report appeared in Amherst Monday to answer questions about recommendations to close hospitals in Buffalo and elsewhere in New York. Dr. David Sandman appeared at UB's Center for Tomorrow at a State Senate hearing to testify before state lawmakers.
