Davis Falls Short in Bid to Unseat Reynolds

Buffalo, NY – Democrat Jack Davis came close to giving his party a tremendous upset Tuesday night. But the millionaire's message fell just short of unseating the Republican incumbent US Congressman Tom Reynolds.

The celebration started early at the Ellicott Square Building. With a virtual sweep statewide, even the impossible seemed within reach. But by night's end, Erie County's Democratic Party Chair Len Lenihan was introducing their candidate to accept defeat rather than victory.
