Listener-Commentator Lee Coppola is dean of the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at St. Bonaventure University. In an e-mail message to Dean Coppola, Bob Koshinski wrote that he did not create the Rath Building policy and that it had been in place since the late 1980s.
