Buffalo, NY – The Western New York State Maple Producers Association presents the 11th Annual Maple Weekend on March 18-19 from 10am-4pm each day.
About 40 maple producers across Western New York will be hosting open houses for the public to see maple production. All participants will be boiling sap into maple syrup and many will demonstrate maple sugar making. The event is free to the public.
