WBFO News Interview: Democratic Sheriff's Candidate Charles Fieramusca

By Mark Scott

Buffalo, NY – When former Erie County Sheriff Pat Gallivan resigned earlier this year, his undersheriff, Timothy Howard, was named to succeed him. But this being a scheduled election year, Howard must immediately face the voters. His Democratic challenger Charles Fieramusca is best known for his tenure as the Buffalo Police Department's homicide chief during a particularly violent era of the early 1990s.

Monday, Chief Fieramusca joined WBFO's Mark Scott to discuss the Sheriff's race. Click the "listen" icon above to hear their conversation now or use your podcasting software to download it to your computer or iPod.
