SUNY Chancellor Seeks Leave of Absence

Albany, NY – SUNY Chancellor Robert King has requested a leave for personal and professional reasons.
King wrote a letter to the SUNY Board of Trustees saying he wanted to spend more time with his family, recharge his inner batteries,and reflect on the future of the university. He said he expects to return to the university re-energized.
King said he will pursue an academic management course at Harvard.
