Buffalo, NY – Four soldiers from Western New York are recovering from injuries suffered in Iraq in the same attack that claimed a comrade's life.
David Roustum, 22, of West Seneca, was killed in Baghdad on Saturday when his unit was ambushed.
Four other soldiers from the same unit were wounded while coming to his aide.
They're members of the 108th Infantry Division unit stationed at an armory in Buffalo. They left Buffalo in January, and arrived in Iraq by early spring.
The 108th is scheduled to return to the US in March.
