Buffalo, NY – Eric Gansworth is an Onondaga from Tuscarora, born and raised on the Tuscarora Reservation here in Western New York. He works as an associate professor of English at Canisius College, and has now lived as many years off the reservation as he has on it. But he says he'll always write about cultural identity -- there are so many ways it plays out. He does exactly that in his new book.
