Buffalo, NY – It's been 25 years since the residents of a Niagara Falls neighborhood known as Love Canal learned they were living on top of a toxic nightmare. Hundreds of families were relocated, and the toxic waste buried there was sealed and capped. But a quarter-century later, some wonder whether we've learned the lessons of Love Canal.
