Buffalo, NY – When Dr. Sherwin Nuland wrote his best-seller "How We Die" in 1994, it was pointed out to him that he wrote in it of every member of his family except his father. It made him realize the enormity of the ambivalence he felt for him. "Lost In America; A Journey With My Father" is his attempt to sort it out.
