New York's Tough Smoking Law Takes Effect

Buffalo, NY – New York's tough, new smoking law took effect Thursday. It bans smoking in virtually all public places, including bars and restaurants. Health and civic groups are hailing what they describe as the "dawn of a smoke-free future."
