Buffalo, NY – State Assemblyman Sam Hoyt will hold a town hall meeting Wednesday night to receive public input on the creation of a financial control board for Buffalo. The New Millennium Group had been calling for a public meeting before decisions are made on who will serve on the board.
The group gained prominence in the Peace Bridge debate several years ago. Now, its 500 members want to make sure that the public's voice is heard in the formation of the control board that will oversee Buffalo's troubled finances.

Wednesday night's public meeting on the financial control board begins at 7:00 at the Buckham Campus School on the Buffalo State College campus.
