Niagara Falls, NY – Twenty members of the 107th Air Refueling Wing returned home Monday to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Base.
The rest of the deployed unit continues to provide refueling services to aircraft flying missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. 107th spokesperson, Major Linda Blaszak, says those who returned had been in the war zone since early March.
"We're extremely proud of the job these men and women have done overseas," Blaszak said. "We happy that they're home even though we're sad that most of our folks are not able to join us here at Niagara.
"We're very proud of the job they're all doing in support of the war effort."
Blaszak said there's no timetable for when the remaining members of the 107th will return home.
