Buffalo, NY – The latest Outer Harbor development proposal will be unveiled Tuesday. County executive Joel Giambra will announce details at an afternoon news conference.
Reports say the plan calls for a Technodome, a partially covered amusement park on the Outer Harbor that would allow year-round activities. The park would also include a hotel and marina, to be built along Fuhrmann Boulevard on land currently owned by the NFTA.
County officials have been quietly working on the plan for several months. A Canadian real estate company is expected to be chosen as primary site developer.
