International Women's Film Series Debuts in Buffalo

Buffalo, NY – UB's Institute for Research and Education on Women and Gender opens it's seventh annual international women's film festival Thursday night. This film series, which runs on Thursdays through March, highlights the unrecognized role women have played in their struggle for liberation, both political and personal.

The first film in the International Women's Film Festival begins at 7:00 Thursday night at the Market Arcade Film and Arts Center in Buffalo.
