Buffalo, NY – For weeks, Buffalo has been embroiled in an effort to re-draw the Common Council's district lines. Toward this end, a citizens advisory commission was appointed to make recommendations to the Council. But a majority of Council members did not support the commission's recommendation to eliminate two seats. They support cutting three at-large seats and the Council president.
