Rebecca Ryskalczyk

"Rebecca Ryskalczyk shocked all that knew her one fateful December day, when she posted a few songs she wrote on her brand new myspace. What her page's visitors heard was raw passion that lacked any sort of pretense or insincerity. Rebecca is much more than the average "girl with a guitar" act, captivating audiences wherever she picks up a guitar and starts to sing (be it one of her own, or one of her covers from an epic catalogue that spans the musical spectrum from Coldplay to Against Me! to The Snake The Cross The Crown). This is Whaleplane's most ornately designed album to date, featuring a hand painted cover. Get 'em while the paint's still wet!" -Whaleplane

Joseph Mulhollen

joseph mulhollen plays major chords. joseph mulhollen plays minor chords. occasionally, joseph mulhollen plucks single strings, one at a time. he does all this while attempting to sing on key. it is quite a feat.

Jony James

Jony James is overflowing with soul. It drips down from his hands onto his guitar, in lyrically urgent bends and intense ethereal assaults. It pours out through his weathered, leathery voice, telling vivid, open-minded tales of a tumultuous life, with his impressive song writing skills. His jovial, yet pensive nature is evident in both his music and stage presence. He is often compared to Stevie Ray Vaughn, however, his persistance on being "Jony" and playing Jony James', original "Survival Blues", sets him apart from the rest of the Blues Shows currently on the circuit.

May 28th
Edreys Wajed

Edreys (pronounced E-Drease) translates into the "one who masters the pen". Does the rising rapper/producer live up to the definition? His solo album, The Expensive Hobby, is scheduled to drop in spring of 2008, a precise time for a hungry artist to showcase his expertise to the judgemental and simultaneously thirsty world of hip-hop music.
