Membership Levels
Thanks from all of us at WBFO for making your pledge to help keep WBFO on the air and online! Pledges from listeners are our largest source of operating income; in fact 2/3 of our support comes from private funding, including people just like you.
Below are some suggested giving levels and thank you gifts, but really any amount will make a difference…as we always say, WBFO is brought to you by you!

Basic Membership
$60 gift level
Support WBFO at the basic membership level of less than one dollar per week. You'll receive the WBFO Membercard as a token of our appreciation, along with a gift of an original WBFO CD featuring Buffalo musicians, or our WBFO reusable shopping bag.
Day Sponsor Membership
$100 gift level
All of the basic level benefits plus choose from a WBFO personal Day Sponsorship. We’ll thank you kindly on the air, three times on a day of your choice, and also broadcast your personal greeting. Choose a day that has special meaning for you or a loved one! , or choose a WBFO long-sleeved Listener Designed Tee Shirt, autographed Blues Tee, or On the Border Tee.
WBFO Sustainer Plan
$10 or more per month
This plan allows you to make your contribution on a monthly basis through automatic deductions by debiting your credit card. Participating in the WBFO Monthly Giving Plan allows WBFO to spend less money on processing and more on the programs you enjoy. Your monthly donations will continue until you tell us to stop. You will also receive an annual comprehensive receipt in January of each year. In return, you’ll be eligible to select a WBFO thank you gift every year, will be invited to a special “WBFO Sustainers” reception, and will receive a day sponsorship certificate each January, to use anytime throughout the coming year.
WBFO Directors’ Circle
$1000 or $83/month
Please consider supporting the WBFO Directors’ Circle at $1000 or more annually, and you’ll help make WBFO possible, enriching the lives of thousands. WBFO Directors’ Circle donors receive special perks in return for their donations, including tickets to special events, and opportunities to meet NPR personalities throughout the year too. So please, consider making public radio possible for everyone in our community with your pledge.
