When will my thank you gift arrive?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your gift to arrive. If your gift is for a special occasion or if you're just really anxious to start using that coffee mug, let us know it's a rush and we'll try to accommodate!
I am a sustaining member and my credit card information has changed. What do I do?

Can I change the monthly amount I donate?
Absolutely! Call us at (716) 829-6000 and let us know what your desired new monthly giving level is.
Why do I get duplicate mailings?
Try as we may, we occasionally set up duplicate membership records in our database. If you receive more than one copy of a mailing in your household, let us know and we'll get your records straightened out right away.
Will my employer double my gift?
Matching gifts are a vitally important source of funds for educational institutions and nonprofit charitable organizations. They are also an increasingly important way for companies to allow their employees to direct a portion of the monies earmarked for charitable contribution. Your employer may match your donation to WBFO, in an amount ranging from 50% to 200%.
To find out if your company includes WBFO in its matching gift program, contact your human resources office to obtain a matching gift form, complete your portion, and mail it to:
