Buffalo musician Cathy Carfagna covers a lot of ground. On any given weekend, you can find her playing keyboards and singing with bands like the Outlyers, the Jim Whitford Band, and the Vores...but for this performance on WBFO, she’ll be featuring songs from her first solo CD, "Turn Your Face to the Sun." Described by Buffalo ArtVoice as "a gem of a record," it’s a harmony-rich valentine to American roots music.
